Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TypeSentry platform and our Outlook Add-in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization.

Proper Use of Service

You agree to use TypeSentry only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service or help anyone else do so. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Circumventing security or authentication measures.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the infrastructure.
  • Attempting to access unauthorized data.
  • Reverse engineering any part of the service.

Subscriptions & Billing

TypeSentry is offered under a subscription-based model. Billing is based on active seats and the selected tier (Pilot, Pro, Enterprise). Failed payments may lead to service interruption after a grace period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

**TypeSentry is a security assistant, not an absolute guarantee.**

While we strive to provide accurate scanning and leak prevention, we are not responsible for any data leaks, security breaches, or professional mistakes that occur. Use TypeSentry as an additional layer of security, not a replacement for fundamental human caution.
